At krkmusic, we want to ensure your studio setup is perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all electronic gear and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your krkmusic account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
